Just to give you a bit of an idea of the equipment that we need in our workshops to maintain the many variations in car cooling systems.
Again, it’s the heart of the engine. Years ago, there were only 1 or 2 radiator caps that were used, and therefore we needed only 1 or 2 adapters to hook up and test the radiator pressure.
Nowadays, because the manufacturers for their reasons choose to have such a multitude of different radiator caps.
This is the kit that we need to be able to perform a simple cooling pressure test on your car.
We need this to find water leaks and confirm that it is only either slight hose problem or hopefully not a jam, a bit like a head gasket issue.
This is a sort of equipment that you must have to maintain modern motor cars.
Well, that is quite simple really!
